Kira was my first "show" puppy. I co-owned her with Pat Taylor
(Chesara Whippets) and I've made many a training mistake on Kira.
In spite of that, she has become quite the versatile Whippet. She
has shown in traditional obedience and earned her final CD leg on
11/21/08. She just finished her Rally Advanced title in November and
will be running in the veterans stake at the occasional lure coursing
trial. She has been doing some tracking training and has shown
quite a talent for that too.

In April of 2007 Kira got to come out of "retirement" and lure course
in the Veterans stake. As of November 2008 in very limited running
she has both of her first placements and 58 of the required 75 points
towards her ASFA Veterans Field Championship title.

She is my foundation bitch, the mother of my first two litters and has
given me many many hours of joy.

At 19 inches tall, she weighs in at about 24 pounds.
