Maia (Maya)

Maia, seen here at 14 weeks of age had been living in New Jersey with
the Rob Livingston/ Nathalie Weicker family, now including three
children.  Rob took a new job in California in 2007 so the family moved at
the end of June 2007.  It was hard to think of Maia being so far away, but
that's what happens in life. I miss seeing them all at lure coursing
events and that's when I'll feel the loss of Maia the most acutely.

When they are able, Rob will be sending me some remembrances and
some photos of Maia to be included in this page.

Our deepest sympathies go out to the
Livingston family on the loss of their Maia.  
There were some carpenters doing some
renovation work on their new home in
California and Maia slipped out and was hit
by a car.  She died instantly.
