April 2009 -
Wednesday, April 1, 2009 - my application was approved for membership in
the American Whippet Club. Something I should have done years ago, but
better late than never.
March 2009 -
Monday, March 30, 2008 - I've been diagnosed with a bulging disc in my
neck which is pinching the nerves to my left arm. I think I satisfied my annual
deductible in one day!
Sunday, March 22, 2009 - Zuli won Best in Field at the JRRWA ASFA trial,
one of these days I'm going to have to go back and count up all her BIFs
again as I've lost count.
Sunday, March 15, 2009 - Ruby won Greyhound BOB for her 41st point
towards her LCX-2. Aren's son, Painter, won the open stake for a 5 point
major in his first trial out in almost 2 years and Derby won Whippet BOB for
his new junior handler, 10 year old Gabrielle.
Sunday, March 8, 2009 - Zuli and I finished her first tracking class, our
instructor says we've made good progress over the winter & she sees no
reason for us to not pass a TD test if we keep training!
February 2009 -
Sunday, February 15, 2009 - Kira earned the second leg of her Rally
Excellent title at a Rally Trial put on by the Potomac Valley Shetland
Sheepdog Club.
January 2009 -
Sunday, January 25, 2009 - Derby went to his new home with Monica & Rick
Gallier and their daughters Gabrielle and Susan. Gabrielle is going to be
showing Derby in Junior Showmanship and running him on the lure coursing
field.
Sunday, January 18, 2009 - Kira earned the first leg on her Rally Excellent
title at a Rally Trial put on by the Shetland Sheepdog Club of Greater
Baltimore, Inc.
