Using the lunge whip to entice
Sunny to jump.
She's thinking about it
She wants it......
She REALLY wants it.....
Here's the wind up....

This is one of the first
successfull jumps Sunny
made
The water in the
pond was very
still this day as
seen in Sunny's
reflection in the
water.
Each time it was Sunny's turn on the dock she jumped better and with less hesitation.
This jump she actually
landed on top of the
Wubba.
Once she has the wubba,
she's not letting go for
anything.
Having the wubba on the end of the
lunge whip helps guide her back to
the rubber ramp out of the pond.
The life vest has given Sunny a lot
of confidence in her ability to swim
efficiently.
Up the bank one last
time and then it's
time to head home
for a nice long nap.

Sunny got her second practice
opportunity to jump off a
regulation Dock Dog dock, and
this time she DID jump.  We
have some more work to do
before her first entry, but we'll
get there.
