Went to a dog show today.   West Friendship, Maryland, just off I-70 west of Baltimore.  Greyhound Ruby was entered, we were trying to build a major, but we were one short.   Ruby took Reserve (again)  but she lost to her niece, Sparkle, who belongs to my friends Tom & Becky, so that made it easier to swallow.   Of course, not winning is what I expect in the show ring, so I wasn't surprised.

After we finished showing, I hung around the show grounds, took a look at all the vendors & then headed off for Pennsylvania to spend the night with my friends Tom & Leslie Carroll in advance of attending a lure coursing trial in NJ on Sunday.
