Today was a first for me.  I've never actually gone to a 'trial' where there were no points to be won.  But LVCC had to put on a fun trial before they could apply to have for real ASFA trials and this was the day they did it.  We only had about 16 dogs running, but that was more than the 12 that were required.

I ran Greyhound Ruby, Saluki Zuli, and Kira and Aren and they all had a good time, and thanks to the amount of rain in the area in the past week, nobody slipped any pads.  That was a relief!  AND I didn't have to wrap any feet, which made my life a lot easier.

We were done early, so a couple of us sat in the parking lot and ate our lunches before we all headed home, with vans full of tired happy dogs.
