Ah, a weekend that I'm not entered in anything anywhere!  That almost never happens.  I made arrangements to meet a couple of friends to do some training, so got to do a little tracking work with Zuli on Saturday and then obedience work with Kira, Ruby and Derby.  I did a little dumbell work with Kira and she is actually starting to 'retrieve' it for me.  Sunday I worked again with Kira, and was VERY pleased with how well she was doing off lead on an advanced rally course, I may have to do some entries for her next spring.  Ruby did the same course, except ON lead, and we'll just have to keep working at her obedience and let the chips fall where they might at our next rally entry.  We worked on Derby's 'down' which certainly still needs a good bit of work! 

I went out to dinner on Sunday evening with a gal that's new in the area who has Rhodesian Ridgebacks.  I'm sponsoring her into the kennel club, so we thought it would be a good thing to meet in person.  Had a very nice meal at a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant that neither of us had been to before.  Sometimes I forget how much I enjoy doing just that, going out to dinner with a friend.

Throw in a ton of laundry that got done and I had a very nice weekend.
