Another day at the dog show.  This time we had a 2:30 ring time which allowed me to sleep in and still get to the show site plenty early.  Today there were 5 class bitches entered - a major!  Again the one with medical issues was absent, but the other 4 were all there so the major held.  Ruby and I finished 2nd of the two Open bitches as usual, so my two days at the shows gave us no points for our time and trouble.  It's discouraging that so many judges can't identify a dog constructed to do what the breed was created to do - to run.  But that certainly is the way it seems to be.
