The plan was to take Pat's puppies (Lauren & Toby) down to the SHOT lure coursing practice in Suffolk, Virginia.  However, the forecast was for more COLD weather with rain/snow/sleet mixed in.   After talking about it on the phone we both felt that it would not be a real positive experience for either of them and opted to stay in town instead thus saving gas money and tolls! 

It was a very wise decision on our part since the practice ended up being cancelled anyway.  Nice, nice, nice to have a day at home for a change.
